A child of God’s own creating, Lauren Ashley Wiggington White had a beautiful, genuine, and
compassionate soul that was taken to heaven tragically on November 14, 2021. This precious
daughter of Mark and Beth Wiggington, was born in Lexington, KY on July 13, 1984. She was
raised in a loving Christian home with her parents and brother.

Lauren was a fierce and loyal friend to many as she graduated from George Rogers Clark High
School in 2002. As a college student at Eastern Kentucky University, she was blessed to meet
Curt, the love of her life. After graduating with a Bachelors of science degree in Nursing, they
were married shortly thereafter in Lexington on May 27, 2006, and began their beautiful
adventures together.

Laurens deep seated desire to care for others was evidenced by her career choice as an ICU
nurse, Travel Nurse, and her final calling working as a hospice nurse in Clark County, Ky. She
appreciated and cherished the opportunity to witness and serve patients and families in their
last moments on earth.

Lauren was a Daddy’s girl and best friend to her parents Mark and Beth, and loving daughter to
Curt’s parents Norma and Alan White. She was a precious sister to her brother Mark and his
wife Julie, and a loving aunt to their daughters, Brooklyn and Brielle. She was loved like a
sister by Curt’s siblings: Jessica and husband Paul, Stephanie and husband Brandon, and
Curt’s brother Brian and wife Miranda. Curt’s twelve nieces and nephews were all additional
joys in her life.

Adored by her husband Curt, their prayers were answered as she graciously gifted him with
three boys Griffin 10, Tucker 7, and Fisher 1. She was an Angel on earth to her family as she
nurtured them with love and selflessness. Leading her boys to grow to become gentlemen,
have good values, and love the Lord was her highest priority. Lauren believed that caring for
Curt and their boys was the ultimate gift and a blessing that she cherished above all others.

Her passion for animals and the outdoors was fulfilled as she became a shepherdess and was
a newly elected board member for the Kentucky Wool Producers Association and a member of
the Kentucky Fiber Trail.

Curt and Lauren have always known that the most valuable part of life is our faith and are
raising their boys to know and love Jesus, their Savior. They are members of First Fire
Methodist Church in Winchester. This family believes firmly that Jesus is our Savior from sin
and in God’s perfect time will reunite them all with one another in Heaven.
