• Edna B. Pasley, 2222 Schollsville Road, stated she was taking her dog for a walk on Judy Pike
and had parked her car in the gateway of 600 Judy Pike. She saw a dark colored Blazer near
her car and heard three gunshots. She later observed two bullet holes in the rear of her car.
• Carlos R. Jent, 3517 Irvine Road, stated his catalytic converter had been stolen off his Ford
van.

• Charles Crim, 106 Linberg, served warrant.

• Elvin Catron, 17 Phillips Court, served warrant.
• Joseph L. Blankenship, 430 S. Queen St., Mt. Sterling, stated he was traveling west on Rolling
Hills Lane when a vehicle driven by Thurston N. Hall, 101 Milwood Drive crossed the center line
going in the opposite direction and collided with his vehicle head-on.
• Sheriff’s Dept. was called to Mt. Sterling Road and Dykes Road in reference to an injury
collision. They observed Destinee Rice sitting in the driver seat of a silver Hyundai Sonata
advising that she was injured. Also observed was a black Toyota Camry with two occupants
also injured. Occupants of the Camry plus a witness advised Rice crossed the double yellow
line into the oncoming lane of traffic and struck the Camry head-on. All three victims were
transported to Clark Regional Medical Center.
• Destinee Rice, 1132 Bunker Hill Road, Mt. Sterling, no insurance, served warrant, possession
of heroin and DUI 1st aggravating circumstances.

• Cameron Watkins, 391 Killarney, served warrant.
• Zelina Watkins, 391 Killarney, served warrant.
• Floyd Burton, 50 N. Main St., #202, stated he left his vehicle unlocked while at the Bingo Hall,
4449 Rockwell Road. When he got home, he found his prescription medicine had been taken
out of the bag he had stuffed down between the seats.
