Kitty was a member of Mount Hope Missionary Baptist Church and a woman of deep Christian faith. She was a talented seamstress, able to sew anything from dresses to quilts. She was a member of the Homemakers in Clark County Kentucky and then in Lawrence County Ohio, as well as a quilting club. In these groups she developed incredible friendships.

She was a loving mother and was dedicated to her family. She was an especially doting Nana to her three granddaughters and was influential in their upbringings. No matter what, Eden, Leah, and AnnaKayt could always count on their Nana for love and support. She gave invaluable advice, unconditional love, and precious memories to her family and friends. Her legacy of peace, finding life’s simple joys, and genuine friendship lives on through the lives Kitty touched.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
