Clarence V. Lumpkins, 92, husband of Phyllis Lumpkins, for 38 years, passed away January 5, 2022. He was born November 18, 1930 to the late Sam and Ida Brown Lumpkins, in Morgan Co. KY. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons. Cullin Lumpkins, New Mexico and Kerwin Lumpkins, Denver, Co.; sisters, Winona Bevion, Dayton, OH and Frances Ribner, along with several nieces and nephews. Services was on Monday, January 10, at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home. Burial in Clarmont Memorial Gardens, Winchester, KY.
