Elizabeth Ann Pergram Quisenberry, 83, died peacefully at her home in Mt. Sterling, KY on January 20, 2022. She was born August 20, 1938 in Clark County, KY, the daughter of the late John and Nell Miller and Cecil Pergram.

Ann is preceded in death by her husband Roger Manuel; two sons, Roger Michael and Jerry Ray Quisenberry; siblings Kenneth Pergram, Peggy Grant and Fred Pergram.

She leaves behind four daughters; Peggy Quisenberry, Karen (Larry) Burton, Vicki Quisenberry and Sandy (Larry) Black; siblings Cecil “Pete” (Bonnie) Pergram, Danny (Harriett) Pergram, David (Brenda) Miller; 8 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren; A host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. She also had two grand dogs, Lexi and Bella.

Ann retired from BellSouth Telephone Company. She was a fabulous cook and always prepared to feed anyone that visited. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens and feeding the wild birds. She could do just about anything from building a house to making the curtains to go in it. Her most fabulous trait, however, was being a wonderful mother and grandmother. There is no doubt her grandchildren got their first taste of Ale 8 when they were spending time with her. She had a giving spirit, as her door was always open to anyone that needed a loving home. She will always be remembered for her witty personality that she had up until the day before she gained her wings. January 24, 2022, the day Ann’s family will bury her, would have been Ann and her late husband’s 68th wedding anniversary. There is no doubt that they are celebrating in heaven together after so many years apart
