Judith “Judy” Ann Watts Perkins, 77, widow of Cecil R. Perkins passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022. She was born on August 3, 1944, daughter of the late Lloyd Watts and Geneva “Mae” Watts, in Winchester, KY.

She was retired from the Philips Federal Credit Union and was a member of Grace Bible Church in Winchester.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Overstreet (Keith) Hardiman, daughter-in-law, Kaye Baker Overstreet. Grandchildren; Zach (Ashley) Hardiman, Rachel (Pug) Barrett, Elizabeth Hardiman, and Holly Overstreet. Greatgrandchildren; Haleigh, Keegan, and Payton. Stepchildren; Jennings (Vickie) Perkins, Happy (Cheri) Perkins, and Marty (Joe) Miller. Brother; Sam Watts (Mary Craycraft). Sister; Michelle Watts Ethington. Several cousins and close friend that she dearly loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, James “Jim” Overstreet.

Funeral services will be at 1:00PM, Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Lee Cruse with burial to follow at Winchester Cemetery. To sign the online guestbook visit www.ScobeeFuneralHome.com.
