The Winchester Board of Commissioners will consider a municipal order and two appointments at its Tuesday meeting.

If approved, the order would declare a Solar Technology electronic sign obsolete, and the city would surplus the item.

The board will consider the appointment of Alyshia Powell Martin to a four-year term on the Housing Authority of Winchester Board. If appointed, Powell’s term would commence immediately and expire on Dec. 31, 2025.

The special called and regular meeting will be held in the commission chamber at Winchester City Hall. The regular meeting is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m.
