Dennis Warren Liggett, 62, of Winchester, Kentucky passed away Friday afternoon, April 8, 2022 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. He was born in Lompoc, California on February 9, 1960 to Marion and Yvonne Santor Liggett.
Dennis has resided in Winchester since 1973, a retired communications specialist and a member of Log Lick Christian Church. He was on the board of directors of the Clark County Coon Club and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Dennis is survived by one daughter, Samantha Stone Little (Joey) of Ft. Richardson, Alaska; parents, Marion and Yvonne Santor Liggett of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Robin Liggett Edwards (Frank, Jr.) of Chesterfield, Virginia; one nephew, Christopher Edwards (Amie) of Chesterfield, Virginia; three great nieces and nephew, Abigail, Jacob and Leah of Chesterfield; four uncles, Roland Santor, Gerald Santor (Connie), Carl V. Liggett and Adrian Kelly Liggett; two aunts, Marie Elam and Nancy Carol Reffitt.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. Visitation will be prior from 12:00PM – 2:00PM, both services will be held at Reid Village Baptist Church. Interment will be Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Machpelah Cemetery at 2:00PM. Pastor Todd Willey will be officiating.
