The superintendent agrees.
“I’m very pleased with the committee’s selection of Mrs. Fithen,” Dr. Molly McComas said. “She has demonstrated her passion for supporting building leadership as an Instructional Specialist. She was instrumental in helping our team build new and better systems. It’s going to be exciting to watch her increase levels of supports that positively impact students.”
Fithen received her Bachelor of Science in education with language arts endorsements-grades 5-9 and mathematics-grades 5-12, from Eastern Kentucky University and continued her education there by receiving her Masters of Education in instructional leadership,  also obtaining her principal certification.
