Martha Ann Monroe Stice, 72, daughter of the late Orville and Eunice Monroe and a Winchester, KY native, passed away on July 1, 2022, at Pacifica/Skylyn in Spartanburg, SC.

She is survived by her sister, Phyllis Lewis (Bernard) of Spartanburg, SC and two nephews, Matthew Peyton and son, Hunter of Asheville, NC; and Benjamin Peyton and children. Cleo and Zach of Nashville, TN.

Martha Ann was a graduate of Clark County High School and Midway College. She worked as an RN in hospitals in Kentucky and Alabama. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Winchester, KY and attended there through her youth.

She had a passion for her dogs and cats. She was a grower of glorious roses and created exquisite needlework. The happiest moments of her life were spent on her houseboat on Kentucky Lake.
