William Cooper Rogers, 71, husband of Angela Duff Rogers, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022, at the Lexington VA Healthcare Hospital. He was born in Stanton, Kentucky, on July 11, 1951, to the late Elmer and Ruth Kirkpatrick Rogers. William was retired from Energy Systems and was a disabled Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army. He was a Christian and a member of the American Legion and Masonic Lodge. William was also a past all state commander of the VFW Post 2728.

In addition to his loving wife of 49 years, he is survived by his son, Scott (Veronica) Rogers; and brother, Carl Rogers; several extended family members and friends.

He was preceded by his parents and siblings, Ronald and Lynn Rogers.
