John Wolfe Lane, 64, husband of Patty Wilson Lane, passed away on December 16, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Patty, their daughter, Rachel Lane; son, Ross Lane and his partner Madison Rymer; and mother, Evelyn Lane. John is preceded in death by his father, Billy Lane; and his brother and brother’s wife, Steven and Joanne Lane. Original funeral arrangements were changed due to inclement weather. Visitation is open to family and friends on Tuesday, December 27th at 11am until the hour of service. Funeral services begin at 1pm, all to be held at First United Methodist Church, 204 S. Main St., Winchester. Private burial will immediately follow at Winchester Cemetery. Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
