Robert Ratliff, 55, son of Robert Samuel Ratliff, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023. He was born September 18, 1967, to Robert Samuel and the late Juanita Cole Ratliff, in Winchester, KY. He served as a city commissioner and worked at Kroger. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Ratliff. Graveside service will be on Tuesday, February 28, at 1:00 pm at the Winchester Cemetery. Visitation only will be at 11:00 am at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home.
