David Winn Miller, 59, husband of Debra Bond Miller, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023. He was born September 2, 1963 in Winchester, to Charles Ray Miller and the late Betsy Reeves Miller. He was a machine operator and a veteran of the US Marines. In addition to his father and wife, he is survived by a daughter, Amber Dawn Miller and son, Steven Miller. Services will be on Saturday, March 11, at 1:00 pm, at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, with visitation from 11:00 am untill the hour of service. Burial in Clarmont Memorial Gardens.
