Billy Dean Bowling, 67, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023. He was born August 25, 1955 to Charlie and Irene Shephard Bowling, in Perry Co., KY. He is survived by his nephew, Martin Watts. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Christine Watts and Charlene Wilson and a brother James (Della) Bowling. Visitation will be Saturday, April 1, from 11:00 am until 12:30 at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, with Graveside service at 1:00, at Clarmont Memorial Gardens, Mt. Sterling Rd. Winchester, KY.
