Two men charged with attempted kidnapping following an incident at a Winchester park have had their day in court.

Rahul Rahul,21, and Arvind Arvind,23, entered non-guilty pleas when they were arraigned Monday. A motion to reduce Rahul’s bond was overruled.

The two were arrested for trying to coerce children to come with them at Legacy Grove Park on April 3.

According to court documents, Rahul and Arvind allegedly forced a seven-year-old boy to sit and take photos on a bench after one of the pair physically grabbed the boy by his wrist.

The child, who, according to court documents, was “terrorized” by the two, was eventually safely retrieved by his mother.

Rahul and Arvind are currently lodged at the Clark County Detention Center on separate $10,000 cash bonds.
