Experience ‘The Great Outdoors’ with Dancer’s Pointe

Local dance studio Dancer’s Pointe returns to the George Rogers Clark High School’s theater with three exciting programs this weekend.

“The Great Outdoors” will feature several different genres of dance designed to highlight the experiences that one gets from being surrounded by nature.

The first show is Friday at 7 p.m., followed by two Saturday performances at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday’s show starts at 2 p.m.

Tickets range from $11-$20 and can be purchased at https://dpwinchester.ludus.com. A virtual viewing option is also available.

Dancer’s Pointe opened in Winchester in 2008 and teaches multiple genres, such as ballet, jazz, tap, acrobatics, pointe, contemporary, musical theater, creative movement and adult tap, for ages three to adults. The studio is well-known for its annual Christmas performance of “The Nutcracker” and offers several other seasonal performances throughout the year.
