Sept. 15

• Tylar Scott Christopher, 31 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. Possession of marijuana.

• Eric Scott Griffieth, 48 – Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

• Emmy Lou Horn, 40 – Careless driving. No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Carlton J. Nickell, 29 – Non-payment of court costs, fees or fine.

• Blake Siler Overbay, 23 – Non-payment of court costs, fees or fine.

• Jonathan James Whyte, 39 – Serving bench warrant for court.

Sept. 16

• Ayriana M. Asbury, 22 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 2nd or > offense.

• William Ballard, 41 – Serving bench warrant for court. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. Serving probation – parole violation warrant.

• Garrett Brooks Carnefix, 31 – Fugitive from another state – warrant required.• Russell L. Heddings, 39 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Melanie D. Littrell, 50 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Daniel N. Zienkewicz, age unknown – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

Sept. 17

• William C. Adams, age unknown – Failure to or improper signal. Failure to wear seat belts. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

• Christopher B. Carlton, age unknown – Speeding – 15 MPH over limit. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited.

• Kayla Deaton, 29 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Danny Ray Jones, 70 – Assault – 4th degree (domestic violence).

• Victor Lopez Sanchez, 35 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Robert S. Moberly, 44 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Jaimin Patel, 26 – Harassment (Physical contact). Stalking – 2nd degree.

• Jessica Marie Richardson, 39 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.
