With three matches remaining in the regular season, the George Rogers Clark Cardinals (11-4-2) remain the 10th Region’s hottest team.

Coach Nick Vogler’s squad is unbeaten in their last seven matches and has a perfect district and region record.

On Tuesday, the Cards battled to a 1-1 road draw with the North Laurel Jaguars. Junior Seth Johnson set up fellow junior Cole Horn for GRC’s only goal. The goal was Horn’s third of the season, and the assist was Johnson’s second.
