Sept. 18

• Dustin Chase Elkins, 31 – Driving on a DUI suspended license – 1st offense. Rear license not illuminated.

• Bobby Dale Ford, 38 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Tamera Nichole Greenidge, 21 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Renate Penna, 50 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others. Theft of services.

• Michael Edward Rose, 48 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Rear license not illuminated.

• Timothy B. Turner, 32 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

Sept. 19

• Matthew F. Aldridge, 42 – Serving probation/parole violation warrant. Flagrant non support.

• Garrett Brooks Carnefix, 31 – Fugitive from another state – warrant required.

• Arthur N. Kane, 49 – Probation violation (for felony offense).

• Victor Hugo Lopez Sanchez, 35 – Theft of services.

• Derrick J. Morton, 61 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Virgil O. Myers, 39 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

Sept. 20

• Jimmy A. Beverly, 57 – Serving warranty (for other police agency).

• Nevil E. Bond, 61 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance or order.

• Jeremy L. Cain, 44 – Probation violation (for felony offense). Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Pamela Sue Cantor, 54 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Sandybell Fierro, 22 – Fugitive from another state – warrant required. Speeding – 26 MPH or > over limit. Reckless driving.

• India N. Johnson, 32 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Arnold Josue, 20 – No operators – moped license. One headlight.

• Ladonna H. Lovings, 29 – Improper registration plate. No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Albert S. Newkirk, 66 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Criminal mischief – 1st degree.

• Brandon James Ritchie, 46 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. Fleeing or evading police – 1st degree (on foot). Possession of marijuana.

• Ernest Melvin Snowden, 56 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Aaron Anthony Wilson, 36 – Fleeing or evading police – 1st degree (motor vehicle). Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No or expired registration plates. Disregarding stop sign. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.
