Oct. 3

• Joshua Shaun Charles, 35 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Vargas Hernandez, 24 – No operators – moped license.

• Jason C. Vanderpool, 40 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Roberto Alfonso Zuniga, 23 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No or expired registration plates.

Oct. 4

• Devland G. Banks, 26 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Scott Corson, 54 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Ross P. Hicks, 40 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Victor Hugo Lopez Sanchez, 35 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.

• Michael Perkins, 49 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• William A. Said, 34 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – heroin. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Michael Devin Vallejo, 30 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Ashlee Renee Whalen, 38 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

Oct. 5

• Shauna Barquist, 36 – Prescription controlled substance not in original container – 1st offense.

• Sidney Lee Bryant, 65 – Driving on a DUI suspended license – 1st offense. Possession of marijuana. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

• Wendy N. Irvin, 41 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Richard Allen Johnson, 36 – Strangulation – 1st degree. Assault – 4th degree (domestic violence).

• Ronnie Lee Osborne, 41 – Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. Assault – 2nd degree – domestic violence. Wanton endangerment – 1st degree. Criminal mischief – 1st degree. Leaving scene of accident – failure to render aid or assistance.

• Chad Allen Rose, 51 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – heroin. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

• Ashlie Rashell Swiney, 38 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Francis Prewitt Witham, age unknown – Serving warrant (for other police agency).
