Oct. 6

• Shara Leigh Cline, 50 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Danielle S. Dillow, 34 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.

• Catriawna D. Griffieth, 36 – Endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Wendy N. Irvin, 41 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine). Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Leandrews D. Johnson, 31 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Victor Hugo Lopez Sanchez, 35 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.

• Gary Steven Smith, 46 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

Oct. 7

• Carrie Janese Foster, 42  Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – heroin. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Israel Pacheco Garcia, 34 – Disregarding stop sign. No operators – moped license.

• Kandies Evette Gardner, 30 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Paris Lee Green, 37 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Tyler Gene Rollins, 32 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Amanda Nicole Tolson, 37 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Bobby Kendrick Younce, 47 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. Flagrant non-support.

Oct. 8

• Eusebio Pacheco Cervantes, 32 – No operators – moped license. Reckless driving. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Gary Dennis Cope, 53 – Assault – 4th degree (domestic violence). Strangulation – 1st degree. Terroristic threatening – 3rd degree.

• Sherman D. Denny, age unknown – No or expired registration plates. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Emmanuel M. Hill, 37 – Rear license not illuminated. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Shandra Marie Platt, 37 – Probation violation (for felony offense).

• Jason D. Reynolds, 41 – Serving bench warrant for court.

• Roger Lee Richardson, 45 – Assault – 4th degree (minor injury).

• Amanda Nicole Tolson, 37 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. Flagrant non-support.

• Michael Devin Vallejo, 30 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
