Compiled by Matt Cizek. The following arrests were reported by the Winchester Police Department between Oct. 12-14. They should be considered matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.

Oct. 12

• Brittany Lynn Bass, 33 – Probation violation (for felony offense).

• Eric C. Jones, 35 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure to illuminate head lamps. No tail lamps. Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fine.

• Ale Keith, 49 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting $500 < $1,000. Receiving stolen property $1,000 < $10,000. Giving officer false identifying information. Serving bench warrant for court.

• Joshua McClure, Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

Oct. 13

• Jose Antonio, 30 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

• Chad Robert Ellinger, 43 – Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine). Flagrant non support.

• James Edward Harrison, 65 – Traffic in marijuana – 8 oz. to <5 lb.s – 1st offense. Traffic in controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – (> or = 2 gms. meth).

• Leeann Elizabeth Lykins, 30 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Charles William Parker, 60 – Fleeing or evading police – 2nd degree (on foot). Tampering with physical evidence. Resisting arrest. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

• Stuart Allen Reese, 35 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Oct. 14

Tammy Jo Burton, 38 –  Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Manuel G. Campos, 21 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Julio Chacon Bonilla, age unknown – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Christopher Dewayne Hale, 38 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.

• Kalib J. Haskins, age unknown – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Tonya Sue Hawkins, 43 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Tiffany Ingram, 33 – No tail lamps. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 2nd or > offense.

• Mark Anthony King, 42 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Trent E. Nott, 35 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Iesha Nichole Thompson, 36 – No tail lamps. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.
