Compiled by Matt Cizek. The Winchester Police Department reported the following arrests between Oct. 15-17. They are matters of record and should not and not as indications of guilt or innocence.

Oct. 15

• Melissa Abnee, 41 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Norberto C. Chaires, age unknown – No operators/moped license.

• Mikael Gullett, age unknown – Leaving scene of accident – Failure to render aid or assistance. Criminal mischief – 1st degree. Resisting arrest. Assault – 3rd degree – police/probation officer.

• Thomas Ray Howard, 33 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offense. Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree.

• Alvaro Sanchez, 43 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. No operators – moped license.

Oct. 16

• Atia L. Gordon, age unknown – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No or expired registration plates.

• Koree Lee Thompson, 48 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Aleshia Karen Wells, 42 – Giving officer false identifying information. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Probation violation (for felony offense). Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Oct. 17

• Billie Jo Barnes, 35 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Joey D. Blevins, age unknown – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Holden C. Bradley, 30 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Geoffrey W. Carroll, 30 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

• Pablo Garcia Ojeda, 35 – Operating a vehicle with expired operators license.

• Tina Morton, 42 – No or expired registration plates. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.
