Oct. 18

• Ann M. Alvarez, 52 – Receiving stolen property $500 < $1,000.

• Shauna Lynn Barquist, 36 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Delana M. Cracraft, 31 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Meiondre D. Edmonds, 26 – Failure to produce insurance card. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Mariela L. Flores Martinez, 26 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Chasity Lee Rae Hall, 28 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. Criminal trespass – 2nd degree. Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree. Resisting arrest.

• Phillip Leal, 21 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Whitney Lynae Miller, 34 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No or expired registration plates.

• Simone A. Williams, 21 – No or expired registration plates.

Oct. 19

• Brandon Lee Vires, age unknown – Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. Assault – 4th degree (minor injury).

Oct. 20

• Chyenne Faircloth, 43 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 2nd offense.

• James Christopher Flora, 35 – Careless driving. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine). Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – heroin.

• Chasity Lee Rae Hall, 28 – Contempt of court. Libel/slander. Resistance to order.

• Lucio Valquez, 40 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.
