• John Noble, 50 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance.

• Deborah M. Spangler, age unknown – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Josephine Renee Tutt, 36 – Non-payment of court costs, fees or fine.

Oct. 22

• Larry Addison Bush, 41 – Probation violation (for technical violation).

• Reginald Lee Knowles, 44 – Harassment. Assault – 4th degree (no visible injury).

• Patricia Neace, 66 – Theft of property lost, mislaid, or delivered by mistake.

• Audwin Pillows, 19 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Kamry Jade Williams, 27 – Failure to appear. Citation for misdemeanor.

Oct. 23

• Ricky Lee Black, 47 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order. Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Lisa Lynn Haggard, 61 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Patricia Neace, 66 – Resisting arrest.

• Benny Ray Vires, 46 – Menacing. Wanton endangerment – 1st degree. Resisting arrest. Assault – 3rd degree – police officer – non-communicable body fluid. Assault – 3rd degree – police/probation officer.

• Deoanna L. Asher, 30 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• John Paul Barnett, 44 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine).

• Bradley O. Crowe, 39 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Reginald Lee Knowles, 44 – Criminal trespassing – 3rd degree.

• Johnny Keith Ratliff, 30 – Assault – 4th degree (domestic violence).

• Shanda A. Walker, 35 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
