Nov. 13

• Richard Scott Abner, 51 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 2nd or > offense. No or expired registration plates.

• Jessica Elizabeth Hart, 37 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• William Herbert Thomas King, 31 – Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – heroin. Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Adam Eugene Price, 42 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Maria Ines Rodriguez, 49 – Leaving scene of accident – failure to render aid or assistance. No operators – moped license.

Nov. 14

• James Ryan Ashby, 37 – Strangulation – 2nd degree.

• Derek Hall, 28 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No or expired registration plates.

• Sara Harp, 21 – Speeding – 16 MPH over limit.

• Deborah Kay Lehman, 64 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 2nd or > offense.

• Christopher Morton, 20 – Failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No or expired registration plates.

• Marcus Andrew Thornsberry, 32 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 3rd or > offense within 12 months.

• Ricky B. Tucker, 63 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited.

Nov. 15

• Jason S. Charles, 30 – Speeding – 17 MPH over limit. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• William Kardlo Hatton, 38 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Ross P. Hicks, 40 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Joshua David Nester, 38 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Jason Charles Vanderpool, 40 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Jennifer Norene Woods, 39 – Flagrant non support.
