Dec. 6th

• Jadon W. Carter, 19 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of marijuana. Failure to or improper signal. Person 18 or > assist minor in purchasing alcohol.        • Kory T. Freeman, 25 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Leaving scene of accidental/fail to render aid or assistance.

• Shannon Richardson, 41 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Jamaria A. Robinson, age unknown – Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No operators – moped license.

• Shaylin K. Tindall, 25 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Homer J. White, age unknown – Serving warrant (for other police agency). Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

Dec. 7th

• Emmanuel L. Carter, 22 – No tail lamps. Failure to produce insurance card.

• James Christopher Flora, 35 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Michael C. Gross, 32 – Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No or expired registration plates.

• Foster G. Gudenrath, 20 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Jacob G. Hall, 20 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Logan Paul Khoury, 36 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. Terroristic threatening – 3rd degree. Resisting arrest. Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree.

• Dustin C. McClain, 42 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Brandon M. Nunez, 25 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

Dec. 8th

• Katrina G. Caudill, 47 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Tracy L. Foster, 39 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Curtis L. Gorman, 61 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No operators – Moped license.

• Robbie Hounshell, 50 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance.

• Shareece S. Jackson, 30 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Fenisha Marie Morton, 34 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Christopher Poe, 41 – Serving bench warrant for court.

• Ritchie Bernard Bell, 60 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

• Shara Leigh Cline, 50 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Scott T. Crouch, 51 – Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine). Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Sara Louise Haggard, 38 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

• Walter Thomas Terry, 47 – Non-payment of court costs, fees or fine.
