Dec. 10th

• Samantha Florence, 32 – Serving bench warrant for court.

• Justin L. Raglin, age unknown – No or expired registration plates. Driving on a DUI suspended license – 1st offense.

• Jessica Marie Richardson, 39 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

• Gary M. Starnes, 43 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Timothy M. Trimble, age unknown – age unknown – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

Dec. 11th

• Michelle E. Gantt, 43 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Jennifer Holland, 41 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Arthur N. Kane, 49 – Probation violation (for felony offense).

• Mary L. Lamb, 56 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Driving on a DUI suspended license – 1st offense. Caresa Ann Waller, 32 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order.

Dec. 12th

• Samantha J. Conner, 36 – Careless driving. Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Tanner David Harris, 32 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Brandi M. Skinner, 44 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Rear license not illuminated.

• Britany L. Harrison, 34 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance. Wanton endangerment – 1st degree.

• Shawna Marie Lawson, 50 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Michael J. Pezzano, 50 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Holly A. Warner, 38 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of marijuana. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. No or expired registration plates. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited. Endangering the welfare of a minor.
