Robert L. Kerns, 59 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

Joshua Roberts, 35 – Probation violation (for felony offense). Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Sean Douglas Samokar, 32 – Driving on a DUI suspended license. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Reckless driving.

Nicklas Spight, 26 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

Arminda Maria Swinford, 47 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree.

Dec. 16th

Alyssa Marie Bailey, 34 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Xauntyse Terrell Manning, 31 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. No tail lamps.

Jonathan Maxwell Pennington, 20 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Michael W. Smith, 63 – Reckless driving. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Deborah S. Banks, 60 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Disregarding stop sign.
