Dec. 29th

• Lisa Chesser, 60 – Criminal trespass – 1st degree. Criminal mischief – 3rd degree. Assault – 4th degree (no visible injury).

• Justine Jes Donahue, Fleeing or evading police – 2nd degree (on foot). Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Resisting arrest. Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree. • Heather Nicole Estes, 40 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Warren G. McKinney, age unknown – Serving warrant (for other police agency). Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

• Tammy Michelle Pelfrey, 54 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

Dec. 30rd

• Alexander J. Albro, 29 – Serving warrant (for other police agency). Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – heroin.

• Christy Arnold, 52 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 2nd or > offense. No or expired registration plates.

• Chastity Ann Hernandez, 45 – Speeding – 19 MPH over limit. Driving on a DUI suspended license – 1st offense.

• Jesse E. Pauley, 41 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. Theft of motor vehicle registration plate/decal. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – heroin. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. No or expired other state registration receipt. Failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.

Bobby Joe Schultz, 30 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

Dec. 31st

• Devin L. Biggs, 21 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. Possession of marijuana. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense – drug unspecified.

• April N. Harlow, 35 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

• Christopher Joe Mullins, 35 – Speeding – 15 MPH over limit. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Bryce Leroy Spangler-Provance, 34 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Reckless driving. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
