Jan. 1st

• Yvette Renee Bird, 55 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. Disorderly conduct – 2nd degree. Assault – 4th degree (minor injury).

• Charles Goff, 59 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. Serving probation/parole violation warrant.

• Jesus Alberto Silva, 31 – Leaving scene of accident – failure to render aid or assistance. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Endangering the welfare of a minor. Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses.

Jan. 2nd

• Sajbin Macario Mateo Alvarez, 31 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Austin L. Evans, 29 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Thomas M. Hayes, age unknown – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Crystal Hendrix (Smith), 37 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Ross P. Hicks, 40 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Obstructed vision and/or windshield.

• Haven L. Murray, 31 – Possession of marijuana. No or expired registration plates.

• Robert A. Richardson, age unknown – No or expired registration plates. One headlight. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 2nd offense. Failure to produce insurance card.

Jan. 3rd

• Sean Rumond Buxler, 53 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Danny J. Caudill, 38 – Serving warrant (for other police agency).

• Jactayvus A. Clay, 24 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license.

• Edward Malik Davis, 28 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Sarah J. Emery, 19 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense.

• Amy Lynn Fulz, 40 – Probation violation (for technical violation).
