Jan. 10th

• Jason T. Highley, 46 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Christian D. Johnson, 29 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

• Dalton W. Mason, 31 – Serving probation/parole violation warranty.

• Mark Allen Rose, 44 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No or expired registration plates.

• Nathaniel W. Treadway, 32 – Possession of a controlled substance – 2nd degree – amphetamine. Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. Resisting arrest. Fleeing or evading police – 2nd degree – on foot.

• Matthew Vanover, 28 – Speeding – 23 MPH over limit.

• Marie Adystole Whitacker, 39 – Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. Disregarding traffic control device. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.

Jan. 11th

• Dangelo L. Alexander Jr., age unknown – Traffic in a controlled substance – 1st offense (carfentanil). Traffic in a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense. Traffic in a controlled substance – 3rd degree – 1st offense.

• Michael J. Barnett, 43 – One headlight. Driving on DUI suspended license – 1st offense.

• Dillon Lamar Batiste, 32 – Assault – 4th degree (domestic violence).

• Elijiah E. Carroll, 38 – Assault – 4th degree (domestic violence). Resisting arrest.

• Edward Lee Duncan, 54 – Failure to wear seat belts.

• Austin Logan Frank Lewis, 23  – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Jacob Douglas Piersall, 28 – Criminal trespass – 2nd degree.

• Sherry Sue Spencer, 45 – Failure to wear seat belts.

• Linda Faye Stevens, 32 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

Jan. 12th

• Justine Jes Donahue, 34 – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

• Angela Kay Powell, 41 – Endangering the welfare of a minor. Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.
