Jan. 17th

• Neely P. Caudill, 35 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of non-owner/operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. 
• John C. Cobb, 40 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. 
• Diana Michelle Denby, 49 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. Criminal trespassing – 3rd degree. Giving officer false identifying information. Probation violation (for technical violation). 
• Brandy G. Owens, 31 – Probation violation (for felony offense). 
• Nisha Lynn Robinson, 44 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Failure to produce insurance card. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. 
• Brandon Lee Vires, 27 – Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. 

Jan. 18th

• Tylar Scott Christopher, 31 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 
• Justin Allen Marshall, 37 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Careless driving. 
• Crystal D. Whitt, 47 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. 

Jan. 19th 

• Eric Scott Griffieth, 48 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. 
• Christian Michael Johnson, 30 – Serving warrant (for other police agency). 
• Christopher M. Miller, 39 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. No or expired registration plates. 
• Shirley Uresti, 62 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 2nd or > offense. No or expired registration plates. One headlight. 

Jan. 20th

• Lee M. Gay, 58 – Criminal trespass – 1st degree. Resisting arrest. Assault – 3rd degree – Police/Probation Officer – Identify weapon. 
• Amber Dawn Hall, 36 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
