Robert Doyle “Bobby” Howard, age 78, passed away February 12, 2024 at his home in Winchester.

He was born in Prestonsburg February 17, 1945 to the late James Wesley and Virginia Conley Howard. He graduated from PHS in 1963.

Bobby served in the U.S. Army as a military policeman and attended Morehead State University.

He was a former employee of Rockwell International and was a president of B & B Bark, Inc. in Winchester until his retirement in 2017.

Bobby was an avid fisherman and a member of the Clark County Fish and Game Club. He was a former member of the Rockwell Bass Club and the Montgomery County Bass Club.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 55 years Charlene “Shene” Conn from Allen, his son Neal Howard of Winchester, his daughter Rachel Howard Finley (Wes), and his grandson Nate Finley of Springboro, Ohio.

His brother Glenn Thomas Howard proceeded him in death. His sisters Alice Howard Perry and Rose Price survive him.

In lieu of funeral services, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
