Feb. 16

• Bert Newell Huff, 20 – Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Rear license not illuminated. 
• Ta’Shawna D. Jackson, 20 – No or expired registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. 
• Dustin C. McClain, 43 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. 
• Jonathan Maxwell Pennington, 20 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. 
• Mary Kay Phillips, 46 – Contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order. 
• Kendra M. Pugh, 35 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. 

Feb. 17 

• Deanna N. Board, age unknown – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. Possession of a controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine). 
• Brandon Lee Elkins, 33 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. .08 4th or >. No or expired Kentucky registration receipt. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited. 
• Shuntavius Kejuan Gardner, 23 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. 
• William Kardlo Hatton, 38 – Possession of a controlled substance in the 1st degree – 1st offense (methamphetamine). Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. 
• Janika Deshae Huguely, 22 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. Criminal mischief – 3rd degree. 
• Larry Lenn Shifflet, 45 – Serving warrant (for other police agency). Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. No or expired registration plates. 
• Teresa L. Stanley, age unknown – age unknown – Serving warrant (for other police agency). 

Feb. 18 

• Russell Lee Davis, 46 – Assault – 4th degree (domestic violence). 
• Destiny Dewitt, 30 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor. 
• Melanie D. Lukasavage, 44 – Agg traffic in controlled substance (> or = 28 grams). Traffic in controlled substance – 1st degree – 1st offense. Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. • Drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Possession of marijuana. 
• Timothy W. Reed, 51 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st & 2nd offenses. Criminal trespass – 1st degree. 
• Alex J. Taylor, 24 – Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security – 1st offense. • Operating on a suspended/revoked operators license. No or expired registration plates. Possession of marijuana. 
• David M. Waterson, 44 – Failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor.
