UPDATE: As of approximately 3:30 p.m., as mentioned in a new Facebook post from the Winchester Police Department, Clark Count 9-1-1 are back online and functioning. 

According to a post on the Winchester Police Department’s Facebook page, some challenges are occurring.

At approximately 1:40 p.m., the following message was shared: “Winchester 911 Dispatch phone lines are down at this time. 911 calls are being routed to Montgomery [County]. Call 911 if you need assistance.”
