The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Sept. 21, 2017, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Gerald Julian Jones, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (five counts), dismissed because of federal indictment.

— Nathan Dennis, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent; theft by deception (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent.

— Brandon Flynn, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (five counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent, sentencing Oct. 12.

— Eric Q. Rogers, receiving stolen property (firearm), pleaded guilty, recommended one year; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; sentencing Oct. 12.

— Amanda Ryan Thomas, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; contempt of court (two counts), dismissed as merged; sentencing Oct. 12.

— Amanda Thomas, receiving stolen property (firearm), pleaded guilty, recommended one year, consecutive to previous case, sentencing Oct. 12.

— Amanda Ryan Thomas, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive to previous cases, sentencing Oct. 12.

— Charles D. Chandler, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year probated for two years, restitution; violation of conditions of release, dismissed as merged.

— Amy Renee Clark, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated to drug court for three years; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; contempt of court, dismissed as merged.

— Amy Clark, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated to drug court for three years, consecutive to previous case.

— Steven Fogleman, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year each, consecutive, probated to drug court for three years.

— Michael Paul Isaacs, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years.

— Michael Paul Isaacs, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year consecutive to previous case; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— James E. Mahan, second-degree robbery, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years; first-degree unlawful imprisonment, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent.

— Charlotte Smith, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years.

— Harry D. Clem Jr., probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to two years.
