CLARK COUNTY  SHERIFF

Reports

— At 7:29 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to the 8 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway concerning a theft of tools and a DVD player from a vehicle. The owner said his vehicle has a flat tire and the theft occurred while he left to get a new tire.

— At 4:05 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 7 Cherokee Court after someone dumped cat litter in a car’s fuel tank.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:47 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 453 Mount Vernon Drive.

— At 5:13 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 576 Pine Ridge Road.

— At 5:33 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 310 Jameson Way.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to seven general medical calls and one seizure.

— At 12:09 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at West Lexington and Taylor avenues.

— At 6:31 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a shed fire at 128 Westside Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Patrick D. Combs, 21, was charged Monday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance, driving on a suspended operator’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Ryan D. Griffitn, 29, was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Mark Edward Hollon, 36, was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

— Jessica L. Jones, 34, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Harold Matthew Pike, 53, was charged Monday with driving on a suspended operator’s license and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Jamie Lynn Schooler, 36, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— David Scott Tays, 36, was charged Monday with alcohol intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting contraband.

— Eric C. White, 37, was charged Friday with receiving stolen property.

— Zeta Lynn Winburn, 62, was charged Sunday with public intoxication and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

— At 5:41 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 11 Memorial Park conerning a stolen wallet from a vehicle.

— At 8:28 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 208 Arbor Court concerning a theft from a vehicle during the night.

— At 3:49 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive for a domestic disturbance. Joseph Brian Morris was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 9:10 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 20 Buckner St. for a domestic disturbance. Daniel Nichols was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 9:41 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft at Family Dollar. Brenda Ann Hopewell was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 3:19 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road concerning a theft. Ashle Michelle Dunn was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:10 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Chasity B. Thomas was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 4:45 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft Douglas M. Terry was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:41 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of keys.

— At 10:07 a.m. Monday, officers were called to CVS Pharmacy, 31 W. Broadway St., concerning a theft of a cell phone.

— At 12:45 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen EBT card.

— At 3:53 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 55 S. Main St. concerning a suspicious person. Jessica Jones was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 5:14 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Lexington and Taylor avenues concerning a 2-year-old child walking around unattended without shoes or pants.

— At 6:34 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen car.

— At 9:35 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Pizza Hut, 8 Carol Road, concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.

— At 9:49 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 146 Magnolia St. concerning a person causing problems.
