CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Jessica Gilvin, 26,of 675 Old Ruckerville Road, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 7:25 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 414 Paisley Court after someone entered a residence and took a number of items including a handgun and a 40-inch television.

— At 2:58 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 2632 Irvine Road after someone stole a purse form a vehicle.

— At 3:08 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 2655 Two Mile Road after someone cut a lock off an outbuilding and stolen weed trimmers, a compressor and veterinarian supplies.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 41 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, five seizures and one overdose.

— At 8:29 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 94 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 1:44 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a mulch fire at Winchester Plaza.

— At 7:05 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 5 W. Broadway St. It was a false alarm.

— At 9:16 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a scooter on fire at 55 N. Main St.

— At 12:36 p.m. and 3:11 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St. Both incidents were false alarms.

— At 9:36 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 108 S. Main St. It was cused by a broken water heater.

— At 6:01 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Colby Road and Lana Lane.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:30 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 94 mile marker.

— At 12:15 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 4777 Old Boonesboro Road.

— At 2:19 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a tractor fire at 1692 White Turley Road.

— At 7:22 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Bypass and Fulton roads.

— At 12:34 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Boonesboro and Old Stone Church roads.

— At 12:51 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 3851 Ecton Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Marshall Conway Bussell, 25, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear.

— Jordan Sha Campbell, 25, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

— Colby A. Combs, 34, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Archie Lamont Conner, 37, was charged Friday with attempted second-degree robbery.

— Dylan Griffith, 22, was charged Friday with no operator’s license, failure to maintain insurance, improper signal, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Nathan A. Hall, no age given, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking, third-degree criminal trespassing and failure to maintain insurance.

— Jerome T. Moore, no age given, was charged Saturday with one headlight, driving under the influence and failure to notify state of address change.

— Warren D. Townsend, 29, was charged Friday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and probation or parole violation.

Reports

— At 8:20 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a wallet from a vehicle on Hubbard Street.

— At 4:59 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning an identity theft.

— At 7:49 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Colby A. Combs was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 8:20 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St., concerning an attempted robbery. Archie Lamont Conner was arrested and charge with second-degree robbery.

— At 10:32 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1221 Bypass Road concerning a theft. Nathan A. Hall was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking, third-degree criminal trespassing and failure to maintain insurance.

— At 4:27 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 11 Hughes Ave. concerning an assault. Jordan Campbell was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 11:31 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 151 Magnolia St. after a fence was damaged.

— At 5:26 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1960 Bypass Road after a wallet was found in a buggy.

— At 9:20 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 148 Cook Ave. concerning a possible abuse case.

— At 11:23 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 703 Westwood Drive concerning a person causing problems.

— At 10:57 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 225 Carolina Ave. after a window was damaged during a possible burglary attempt.

— At 9:51 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 113 Tyler Banks Court after someone broke into a residence and took clothes, shoes and a purse.
