WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to two general medical calls, five cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one stroke and two overdoses.

— At 5:12 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple Street and Interstate 64.

— At 7:43 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 109 S. Bloomfield Road. It was a false alarm.

— At 11:27 p.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Pine Ridge and Rabbittown roads.

— At 11:27 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Pine Ridge and Rabbittown roads.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 4:54 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Lafayette Boulevard for an identity theft complaint.

— At 6:47 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 11440 Irvine Road concerning a known person making threats to harm the caller.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Kaitlyn Jayne Bailey, 20, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

— Cody A. Garris, 22, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

— Carlton Jacob Nickell, 25, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

— Krissy L. Stamper, 38, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Reports

— At 8:41 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 350 N. Maple St. concerning a fight. Cody A. Garris was arrested for second-degree assault.

— At 4:35 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 510 Rolling Hills Lane concerning a theft.

— At 7:39 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a pair of keys found in the Brown Proctor Apartments parking lot.

— At 11:03 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 134 Westside Drive concerning a sexual assault.
