CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:19 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 4.5 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 6:32 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 10 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 12:28 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Elkin Station Road.

— At 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to Colby and Basin Springs roads for an investigation.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 41 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, four seizures and two overdoses.

— At 2:34 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 900 Bypass Road.

— At 6:30 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 10 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 9:58 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at East Broadway Street and Park Avenue.

— At 1:03 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Bypass Road.

— At 2:34 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1465 W. Lexington Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 1:58 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 118 Jefferson St.

— At 8:25 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near 30 N. Main St

— At 8:14 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 2523 Surrey Court for a smell of gas.

— At 9:55 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a tree on fire at 121 S. Bloomfield Road.

— At 3:13 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 43 N. Maple St.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Linda Marie Napier, 45, was charged Monday with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving under the influence, driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident.

— Paris Lee Green, 34, was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary.

— Christina L. Kemmeter, 34, was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary.

Reports

— At 10:13 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 205 Sterling St. after someone broke into a residence and took jewelry, cash and medication.

— At 10:44 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1201 Westwood Drive concerning a stolen vehicle. Linda Marie Napier was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 8:04 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1535 W. Lexington Ave. after a person spat upon and threw a drink at an employee when he could not sit on the patio.

— At 11:48 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 407 Walnut St. after a window was broken on a vehicle.

— At 3:50 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 110 April Way after a wallet was found in the Taco Bell parking lot.

— At 4:55 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 9:19 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 5 E. Lexington Ave. after an open door was found. Paris Lee Green and Christina Kemmeter were arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.

— At 4:42 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 23 Wheeler Ave. concerning an assault on Hays Street.

— At 6:11 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 33 Hays St. concerning a theft of a wallet, keys, phone and a kitten.

— At 4:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 131 Franklin Ave. concerning a possible theft from a vehicle.

Accidents

— At 2:34 p.m. Monday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Hunter Bloom of Clay City was turning left from Rural King and collided with a southbound vehicle, driven by Betty Nelson of 526 Roe Mary Way. Nelson’s vehicle then struck a third, driven by Regina Osborne of 2011 Wayne Court. Nelson was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center.

— At 1:02 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which a vehicle driven by Steven C. Hooten of 235 Buffalo Trace reportedly went through a red light and collided with two vehicles, driven by Tanner J. Stoneking of Mount Sterling and Malissa S. Lucas of Lexington. Hooten told officers he was going through the intersection when his vehicle was struck. In the collision, Lucas’ vehicle also struck a passing vehicle, driven by Alton Perry of 5896 Schollsville Road. Lucas was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
