Priscilla (Patty) J. Midboe of Winchester, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2020, in her home with her husband by her side. She had suffered with cancer for the past eight months.

Patty was born Sept. 6, 1944 to George O’Connell and Simone Jolly in Putnam, Connecticut. She completed her GED in 2005 in Grafton, N.D. She married Tim Midboe in 2001.

Patty is survived by Tim, her husband of 18 years; her children, Brenda (Bob) Lawrence, Walter Stratton (Lalanya Bargmann), Joe Ywanciow and Anita (Pete) Brousseau; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and her sisters Shirley Lynch, Susan Smith and Jane Dealncy. She was pre-deceased by her grandparents, parents, sisters; Gloria Bernard, Beatrice Riley, Evelyn Mathieu, Dianne Mayo and Brothers Junior O’Connell and Paul O’Connell.

Patty was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Winchester and enjoyed volunteering at the church food bank and for bingo. She was a lifelong fan of the New York Giants and loved reading and going out to dinner with her friends from St. Joseph’s.

She will be missed dearly by her beloved dogs; Deuce and Sandy and her two cats ; Mya, Nikki, Abbi and Hollie.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 19, at 1p.m. at Scobee Funeral Home in Winchester. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
