Mr. and Mrs. Charles T. Embry will celebrate their 50^th wedding anniversary Aug. 22, 2020. The couple married Aug. 22, 1970, at Broadway Missionary Baptist Church in Winchester. The ceremony was officiated by the late Rev. William Harris, grandfather of the bride. They are blessed with three children, Angela M. (Embry) Hutchinson, Keith V. Embry and Brian T. Embry. They have four grandchildren, Kinya Embry, A’riel Embry, Zaria Fulz and Braelyn Fulz. They have one great- grandchild, Noah Lewis. Charles and Janis both worked at Osram Sylvania in Winchester for 40 years and they are now enjoying retirement and look forward to many more years together.
