CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:29 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Iron Works Road.

— At 2:51 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a grass fire at McClure Road and Hibiscus Lane.

— At 10:20 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke near Irvine and White-Conkwright roads.

— At 630 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Colby Road.

— At 11:33 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Calmes Boulevard.

— At 9:30 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 5:10 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 101-mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 11:13 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Schollsville Road.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Walter J. Chinault, 29, was charged Thursday with second-degree fleeing or evading police and was served a warrant.

— Michael Keith Pergram, 43, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.

— Mary Sue Reed, 57, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Paris Lee Green, 34, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

— Savannah J. Hall, 36, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Christina L. Kemmeter, 34, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

— Sidney Lynn Ramsey, 39, was charged Sunday with failure to illuminate headlamps, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Ova Lynn Smith, 38, was charged Sunday with tampering with physical evidence.

— Stacy D. Thacker, no age given, was charged Sunday with tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Johnathan Thomas Wagoner, 18, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

— At 1:18 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 130 W. Lexington Ave. after two people broke into a residence and took items.

— At 3:22 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1018 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a person threatening the caller.

— At 3:37 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a theft of checks.

— At 4:08 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 21 N. Main St. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 5:20 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 7 Almond St. concerning a stolen lawn mower.

— At 5:42 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1520 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.

— At 9:31 p.m. officers were called to Walnut and Elm streets to check on a female who was assaulted or intoxicated. Mary Reed was arrested and charged with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 12:21 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of shoes and football gloves from a vehicle.

— At 5:57 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 429 E. Broadway St. concerning a theft of money and jewelry.

— At 9:55 p.m. Friday, officers were called to assist another agency and took a report for robbery, assault and violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 1:30 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 207 Mutual Ave. after someone broke a window.

— At 1:56 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St., for a fight in progress. Paris Green and Johnathan Wagoner were arrested for second-degree assault.

— At 5:59 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 119 S. Main St. concerning a woman running down the street with a knife. Christina L. Kemmeter was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 11:16 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 207 Arbor Court concerning a stolen park bench.

— At 2:13 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 3 Kentucky St. for a vandalism complaint.

— At 11:31 a.m. Sunday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 12:22 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 686 Market St. after a child was bitten on the hand by a dog.

— At 12:38 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 90 Tyler Banks Court concerning an assault.

— At 1:28 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a theft of money.

— At 5:24 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected shoplifter.

 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 51 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one diabetic case, two seizures, two strokes and one overdose.

— At 6:30 p.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 4455 Colby Road.

— At 5:09 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 101 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 6:07 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 118 Sturbridge Lane for a kitchen fire. It was out when firefighters arrived.

— At 7:29 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 97-mile marker on Interstate 64.
