Man indicted for robbery at gunpoint

A Winchester man was indicted this week after allegedly robbing a woman a gunpoint in April.

Brandon Ingram, 25, of 394 S. Main St., was arrested in April for first-degree robbery.

According to Winchester Police, Ingram was giving a woman a ride, but he allegedly pulled a gun on her as soon as she got into the vehicle. Police said she gave Ingram her wallet, and was able to get out of the car and call for help.

Ingram was located at a residence on Williamsburg Drive later that day, along with a handgun and some of the money from the robbery.

Ingram reportedly admitted his role in the incident during an interview with police at the time.

Ingram was indicted for first-degree robbery.

The grand jury also returned the following indictments Monday:

— Lacrecia L. Debord, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, driving under the influence (third offense), first-degree wanton endangerment 9three counts), driving without a license, failure to maintain insurance.

— Ashley Arnett, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Wendall Corke and Nygel Miller, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – meth (two counts), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – cocaine, sale or transfer of a simulated controlled substance, first-degree persistent felony offender (Miller).

— Brandon Adams, second-degree robbery, second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Tiffany J. Carrington, one headlight, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree persistent felony offender.

— Justin L. Overpeck, first-degree wanton endangerment (three counts).

— Shannon L. Ayers, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – meth (three counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.

— Latonya Jarman, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence.

— Cody R. Jones and Tina L. Dennis, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – meth (two counts).
