WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one stroke, one seizure and one obstetric case.

Charged

— John L. Rodgers, 56, was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband and was served a warrant.

— Barbara A. Wood, 55, was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), first-degree promoting contraband and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 6:24 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 101 Victory Ave. concerning an attempted burglary.

— At 1:25 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 1:38 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning credit card fraud.

— At 2:41 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 9:36 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.

— At 9:58 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an assault.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Tim Reed, 39, of Clay City, was charged Monday with first-degree robbery and contempt of court.

— Jamie Mulligan, 28, of 537 Constitution Drive, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal abuse.

— Christian Malone, 20, of 1000 W. Market St., was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 8:25 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 537 Constitution Drive for a report of drug trafficking. Christian Malone was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 1:13 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 3400 Revilo Road concerning a burglary at a shop.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:26 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a possible vehicle fire on Interstate 64 near the 101 mile marker.
