The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court July 6 with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Steven Lamont Chenault, violation of EPO/DVO, pleaded guilty, recommended 364 days; first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Aug. 17.

— Harry D. Clem Jr., third-degree burglary (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each, restitution, sentencing Aug. 17.

— Charles R. Gilpin, first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Aug. 17.

— Charles Gilpin, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended three years, restitution; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Aug. 17.

— Tabitha Greer, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended three years probation, restitution, sentencing Aug. 17.

— Jessica Ryann Noble, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Aug. 17.

— Carolyn Slone, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Aug. 17.

— Gina Jones, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for two years with long-term drug treatment; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.; first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for two years.

— Marie Jones, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for five years.

— Stephanie Fox Willoughby, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation set aside, sentenced to two years.
