CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Nancy Howard, 33, of 111 Halls Lane, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Omar Hueso, 26, of Florence, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

— Brandon Martin, 28, of Lexington, was charged Monday with first-degree burglary.

Reports

— At 12:20 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 75 Hillcrest Drive concerning a theft from a bank account.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one seizure.

— At 1:44 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive. The alarm was pulled by a patient.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near 6200 Paris Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Traci Lynn Minniear, 38, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 1:31 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 218 S. Main St. after someone took a bench and broke it in the street.

— At 7:51 a.m. Monday, officers took a report of an attempted car theft.

— At 12:37 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 378 Apple St. concerning a stolen shotgun.

— At 1:59 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 2:01 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 312 Buffalo Trace for an identity theft complaint.
