Christopher and Rachel Mullikin of Winchester announce the birth of their son, Michael Keith Mullikin. He was born at 10:37 p.m. Aug. 26 at Clark Regional Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 20 inches long. Grandparents are Keith and Elaine Mullikin, Sandra Mullikin, John and Laura Ellis and Gina and Bradley Everett. Michael shares the same birthday as his father, Christopher Mullikin, and grandfather, John Ellis.
